Our Services
Holston Property Inspections provides visual home inspections in accordance with the InterNACHI Standards of Practice. An inspection is a point-in-time, non-invasive evaluation of the readily accessible and visible systems and components of a home. It is not a warranty or guarantee of future condition.
Limitations
Inspections do not include areas that are concealed, inaccessible, or unsafe to access. Thermal imaging and drone documentation are tools used to supplement the visual inspection where conditions allow.
Scheduling & Payment
Scheduling and quotes are handled through our online tool. Specific terms regarding payment and cancellation will be provided at the time of booking.
