What We Inspect
Every buyer's inspection covers all visible and accessible systems and components of the home, following InterNACHI Standards of Practice. We use thermal imaging and a drone on every inspection — not as add-ons, but as standard tools in every job.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a buyer's inspection take?
Most inspections take 2.5–4 hours depending on the home's size and age. Larger homes, older homes, or homes with multiple systems may take longer. We take the time needed to do it right.
Should I be there during the inspection?
Yes — and we encourage it. Walking through with your inspector at the end is one of the most valuable parts of the process. You'll leave with a much clearer picture of what you're buying than you'd get from a report alone.
Is thermal imaging really included?
Yes. We bring our FLIR infrared camera to every inspection. Thermal imaging helps us find moisture intrusion, missing insulation, and electrical issues that would be completely invisible in a standard visual inspection. It's not an extra charge — it's how we work.
What if I can't be there in person?
No problem. We can perform the inspection and provide a complete written and photo report. We'll walk through it by phone or video call if you'd like to ask questions — just let us know.
